The light is an important factor when we look at a glazed ceramic, especially when no colour is used and volumes and shadows play the main role. The inspiration for my pieces came from the way glaze has a particular effect in relation to movement and light. I explored the ability of the reflection on different surfaces to transform the perception of an object by changing the point of view and the light direction.

How is it possible to create a hidden decoration yet, visible only with an action from the user or the presence of an external factor such as the light?
By sandblasting selected areas of the glazed surface I could create a decoration visible only by moving the objects without adding new materials, working only on the glaze finishing.
